Classic American diner food with attitude. I love this place it's an easy walk from my house and it's one of the last real diners left in ithaca.
Yum! Best breakfast ever! Wish they had more room in there sometimes! But cozy good food is what ya need!

Breakfast was fantastic and the staff is great! We stopped in on a whim while visiting from Seattle. I am really glad we did!
The Cajun gravy is pretty much the best thing ever. The staff are always friendly and the food reliably delicious.
Well after such good reviews on a whim we decided to stop in. We sat at a table and waited for 5 minutes and the waitress didn't even acknowledge our presence so we left and came to the state diner where upon entering we got a hello from 4 people!!! Xxx
Woke up today and told my husband: I miss "my" diner:-( By far my favorite establishment in Ithaca and maybe USA! Best people, most comforting food. Hope to come back soon and get my fix!
