This is a very high end custom cabinet shop. Catering to those with specific tastes.
I have never incurred such poor customer service. I walked in, the office was dark eventually I was greeted by the female owner. I expressed the custom cabinet that I was looking to have made and showed her the drawing with dimensions. My father was a cabinet maker so I am very familiar with quality design and construction.
