My grandma doesn't have heat alot. It's also ridiculous they can't grocery delivery service.. not much handicap service in the apartment. I feel really bad for her. No ramps getting in a d out of buildings.
One tenant hasn't had heat for weeks. Maintenance doesn't know what to do.
