I called in a phone order last week and it was maybe the easiest shopping experience I've ever had! I needed some new socks (I did know the brand, which helped) and some energy gel packs. I don't have a brand/flavor preference on gels and the super helpful employee picked me out a variety of brands and flavors. He gave me my total and I dropped off a check when I picked everything up 5 minutes later!
