I tried to buy a new Toro Zero Turn mower today, I seen a competitor had same mower after $200 rebate for a lower price. I asked if they would match the rebate and Lincoln rental staff said the rebate was expired. I called 2 other dealers in the area and they said the $200 rebate was still valid. Needless to say I purchased my new Toro from north park rental today and they honored the $200 rebate & treated me very fairly.
Did a great job on my push behind mower repair! Communicated the problems and got the old boy to start and mow beautifully again!

customer service is great!! I had recently bought a new Toro zero turn. within a week I had a starting issue. the morning I called them they had someone out to my house in s couple hours. they were prepared to fix and return my mower same day. ended up being a stick jammed into a safety mechanism. great people and love my toro

Had a really wonderful rental experience at Lincoln Rent-all on Auburn Street in Rockford today. Whether you’re a lumberjack like me looking for a trailer to haul your construction materials, or you just need to rent a popcorn machine, I can’t recommend this place more. Five stars.
