I had purchased weed trimmer from "another store" had nothing but problems, was back at store 5 times in 3 hrs trying to figure out the issues... finally got money back. Went to Lincoln, spoke to Brad, about what had happened, he explained a few things to me, bought exactly same trmer and did whole yard without one problem!
I just hung up my phone after being put on hold twice and listening to 7 minutes of commercials about Stihl's environmental awareness and their combi system. It seems to me that the original phone man could have answered one simple question before rudely "please hold!" interupting me and clicking me off! I need a tire installed on my lawn tractor wheel (off the tractor!) Do you do this? Yes? or No? Your floor sales people could have shown me the many things you have there while I waited for my tire...sorry! You will never se... read more
