Our rental from Lincoln Real Estate (in one of their buildings in Northampton) has been a great disappointment for many reasons, but at the top of the list has been their lack of consideration for what in legal terms is called, "quiet enjoyment." The current owner installed dropped ceilings in all the units for electrical purposes, lending a claustrophobic feel to each apartment.
