Dr. Nowlin is an exceptional doctor—patient, kind, and highly knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly explain the issues I’m experiencing with my feet, walking me through the X-rays and pinpointing the causes of my discomfort. He also provided helpful guidance on how to manage and improve my condition. I highly recommend him. His nursing staff is also incredibly friendly and attentive!
Very disappointed in secretary staff up front. Terry was one of the secretaries and don’t know if she is the same secretary from the first visit or not, but both were not pleasant. I used to be a secretary so I know how you should act when dealing with patients/customers. These ladies were not friendly, kind, or patient. I loved doing business with the doctor at first. He is competent, efficient and effective with his care and resolved my foot pain issue. That said when I moved away from the area (less than 6 months after my last visit) and asked his staff to mail me my prescription foot inserts they refused. They said it is not their policy to mail anything to patients. Well I'm in town on Friday's sometimes but they are closed on Friday's as well so I can't stop in.
