Great customer service! Thankfully our well is working again. Caleb and his team are awesome!
Our Water went completely out. We called Lincoln Pump, and they made our issue top priority. They called us immediately and visited our house in an hour. Discovered our well pump was bad. They worked hard in the cold, through the evening hours to assure we had water. They were very honest, and upfront, and pricing for the new pump was very affordable. Lincoln Pump Co. did an amazing job replacing our well pump. They came out to replace my pump even though there was a snowstorm going on! They worked with my warranty company, even though they were a nightmare to deal with. I really appreciate them and they did an amazing job and they have the best pricing around. Give them a call. :)
Highly recommend! Family owned and operated! Have known Caleb and his family for a long time! Very honesty company! Not out to own the county unlike other big headed companies in this monopoly town. As someone who comes from a family of retired water well business owners I’d pick lincoln pump every time.
