This is specifically to the office manager Liz, I was threatened after 11 years of being a patient there that I would be terminated if i missed an appointment again. 11 years, at one visit per month , and threatened by a power hungry office manager drunk on her own ego. According to the Americans with disabilities act, it's not only unethical but also illegal to terminate people based on physical health conditions. Sad that Dr. Fitz has retired. Big time sad!!! He is the reason why I am still alive.
Shameful place! New NP does not listen to patients. Prescribes meds but no one around incase you need them. No main Doctor working there. No help at all.
The receptionist is incredibly rude.
