I’ve been going here for over 15 years and was crushed when Dr Fitzhugh retired but stuck it out while providers came and went. Today I called because I realized I was due for a 6 month checkup and was informed I was no longer a patient since they didn’t take my health insurance anymore. I said I didn’t know this and was told that an email was sent in May and they can see it was sent but never opened. I never received an email and who does that? My appointment was scheduled for a 10am telehealth. After waiting 1 hour about a concern I had for medication I called the office. There was complete disregard for my health and I was told I might get a call back since she had patience waiting. After I reiterated I was a patient, I was told "I can not argue with you". The establishment is completely corrupt.

I’ve been a patient here for about 5 years. The staff was always awful but they’ve gotten so much worse since the doctor retired. They “forgot” to refill my rx for over a month despite several calls from both the pharmacy and myself. Only when I said I’d report them (which I am doing today) did they respond. Their response was “oh I thought she did that”. After being passed to a new provider when the dr retired, she left after a couple of months and I was passed to yet another person, Inez. I’ve been a patient here for a long time. Unfortunately they have new staff that is very unfriendly and rude to patients over the phone. I will be finding a new provider.
