My appointment was scheduled for a 10am telehealth. After waiting 1 hour about a concern I had for medication I called the office. There was complete disregard for my health and I was told I might get a call back since she had patience waiting. After I reiterated I was a patient, I was told "I can not argue with you". The establishment is completely corrupt.
I’ve been a patient here for about 5 years. The staff was always awful but they’ve gotten so much worse since the doctor retired. They “forgot” to refill my rx for over a month despite several calls from both the pharmacy and myself. Only when I said I’d report them (which I am doing today) did they respond. Their response was “oh I thought she did that”. After being passed to a new provider when the dr retired, she left after a couple of months and I was passed to yet another person, Inez. I’ve been a patient here for a long time. Unfortunately they have new staff that is very unfriendly and rude to patients over the phone. I will be finding a new provider.
The Office Manager does not know how to do her job. She's ditzy and just does not know her job well. She says she'll call back but never does..."chchchch time to make a change" the office will run much smoother.
