Hilariously awful - they won't even allow us to cool the very tiny gym below 72 degrees, 4 months rent to break a contract, can't sublet even though half the units are Airbnb. Staff is extremely rude and value for money at Jones & Rio is low.

Platinum Shavano Oaks Apartments they don't fix security gates, I'm paying $1230 a month and they broke into my car in their property, they also stole a work wagon from my work truck. unsafe business practices 14811 Huebner Rd, San Antonio, TX 78231

Yup. Could have guessed this was the same company that manages Oaks 35 in San Marcos. Look at all those unanswered reviews. Move into one of their buildings and you’ll regret it. Terrible service.

The screen shot of an email is after maintenance stated there was fresh airflow into my apartment. Management then said this person was NOT qualified to make that statement. Basically avoiding the issue of fresh air ventilation Absolute slave owners to say the least. Lyndsey Vento Is who is refusing to address the air quality in the apartments. This property management is the worst.. when they took over the apartment complex I lived for more than year, the enforcement of basic community standards declined drastically... The building reeks of pot, more theft, and overall ruined quality the apartment complex. In addition, customer service is horrendous. The management is impossible to contact. They never answer emails or phone calls… it’s just absolutely ridiculous.
