This company has very low standards. They do not take care of their property, in particular, Aspire at Tampico. The place is dirty and the elevators are continuously out of order. In the last two months they have only worked for one week!! It takes them 2-3 weeks to ever fix them, only for them to break down in just a few days. If you try to call corporate office, they don't answer the phones, and don't return messages left for them. Terrible management company!!

My mom owns a small business that did some work for this company and it has been over 8 months and they haven’t paid her!! I have called over and over again and emailed and i haven’t heard a single thing back. I think it’s disgusting the way they have handled this.

Does not answer the phone or return calls. I would suggest not renting from this company. After a month, they still have not sent my deposit back.

This company is trying withhold refund money by putting two residents names on the same check. Neither one of us can cash the refund check because we don't share a joint account. Seems like they are trying to steal the money. Looks like we will have to get an attorney involved
