This is for a Fayetteville property.legacy at CC. It’s absolutely INSANE to me that a property manager will tell you in corporate words that you ( as a resident) are the problem and to deal with it, when you tell her that one of her staff members is rude and dismissive with a resident issue. Like I’m sorry? Is this how your customer service is because it needs work. You all need to take a class on how to talk to people. There is absolutely no way this manager can show favoritism and get away with it.
I'm so blessed to have found *** ****** ***** property! The peace of God is present and I would love for my entire distant family to live here being the ultimate goal in the coming years. What an outstanding property to say the least. There is natural wildlife in abundance, the pool is my FAVORITE place to chill and relax the day away when I get the chance. I've been trying to contact my manager at *** ******* and the corporate office on numerlis during business hours and went to the office on the main gloor because the online payment system kicked me out since Septemeber 2025. No one ever answered my phone calls and there is always someone new in the office, if there show up to begin with.
