Management does not care. February 24th, 2024 I arrived home to my apartment where two maintenance workers were packing up my property. My firearms, electronics and other things were in their vehicles. I was up to date on rent and had given notice to move out March 14th on January 15th. All a big "mix up" by the office. Scammed, and slumlords. Do not rent from them. Copper flats was the worst!
I have been trying to reach the corporate regional manager over the Denver, CO property The Retreat at Park Meadows since the local property management does not communicate clearly with me about our move-out. I have called and left several messages to be called back with zero return calls. I have submitted online requests and nothing.
Do not work for this company, especially maintenance.
