Terribly managed company that does not put the mind of their residents first.
This management company is very unprofessional!!!! I wouldn’t recommend any of their properties!!!! They recently took over white hall estate and since they took over the complex has gotten worse!!!! I’ve been here going on 3 years and management has been horrible!!!!! They decided to implement parking passes and it’s a total inconvenience for residents and guest !!!! If you’re thinking about living at one of their properties or using them to mange your property PLEASE PLEASE DONT WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
I live at Canopy at Baybrook in South Charlotte. Last week my air conditioning went out. They took a week to replace the unit and turned my water off. I’m now going on TWO days with no water. They also removed two internal doors and took down a shelf unit and moved personal items to put the new unit in..then left the items and didn’t put any of them back.
