Super poor customer service!!!!! Wouldn't ever go here! Will be spreading the word.
My wife was kicked out of the pool today 6/2/18, because she didn't have a proper swim suit on. She's wearing a swim bottom, a tank top and a white sports bra underneath. I asked why we couldn't stay and the nice lady at the front said she'd have to leave it up to her manager's discretion. However the manager was the one to kick her out of the pool in the first place. I asked what wasn't satisfactory about what she was wearing and the manager said that because a sports bra isn't "designated swimwear" she can't swim. We searc... read more
