Avoid the first floor apartments. Most of them are very moldy and will give you health issues such as nose congestion and chest pains. Maintenance will drag their feet in fixing major issues like collapsing shower ceiling. Overall these are pretty old buildings and due for major renovations.
The walls and floors are super thin. I can hear my upstairs neighbor's every step and even things like opening the refrigerator.
I stayed here last year for 10 months. Please don’t live here like i get you try looking for the most economic but once you walk in the building it smells like dirty carpet and it’s because the carpet hasn’t been cleaned in who knows when. When i moved in there was various stuff that hasn’t been taken care of yet. The carpet was so dirty. Like how are you all not cleaning??? The floors were filled with filth too.
