It’s unfortunate that you felt that way .The situation was based on all the complaints received in writing in verbal about that perticular area in regards to children riding on scooters and bikes playing ball windows were hit with those balls. Notices were given to all tenants in regards to the frequency of kids playing ball . Rule is.that children were not allowed play ball anymore and approved by owner .And there is no favoritism!!!!!
This place was my very first apartment my husband and I got on our own and was so excited for this chapter. Until, we got new management her name is Deliah. She is the worst landlord you could possibly want. She has her favorites here and lets the people she likes basically do what they want. We were one of her least favorites, she would constantly pick on my kids and say that they could not play catch outside or ride their scooters or bikes.
