Wonder who lives here...lol
I loved this apartments they are quiet very well maintained. Friendly neighbors. They are large and have a deck the size of apartment. Had to move do to getting relocated for work otherwise I would of stayed longer. Bus route in front stores and restaurants across street. Excellent location
Personally the best apartments in Yuba City, it's such a friendly community and everyone looks out for each other. The apartment manager and her husband are very friendly and always attentive. There was an incident where someone wanted to break into my car and the apartment manager's husband called the police right away and prevented them from stealing anything. And another time my roommate accidentally looked his keys inside his room and maintenance came even at midnight. Friendly neighbors and plenty of parking spaces.
