My husband and I lived here for a little over a year. Pros - - Location is great. Half an hour walk to the beach via Rose Ave. Lots of restaurants nearby. - The maintenance/repairs are done quickly - part of being a very large apartment complex is that they have exclusive maintenance staff and there aren't much delays. - If you have a dog, there are lots of lawns/open space for them. Diana and the entire leasing staff were amazing to work with—professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile. The maintenance team is top notch. I’ve never had a bad interaction, and they always are considerate of my time and space. They’ve been great as we navigated a laundry issue and were open with discussing and hearing my deductions, conclusions, and/or recommendations/requests. They’re probably the first maintenance team that I’ve had zero complaints with through my time as a renter anywhere!
