Caring and understanding
Extremely predatory service. They try to force you in to buying memberships that cost less than they charge for a single visit. When asked about this the front desk was extremely rude and condescending, refused to provide an actual breakdown of our bill for that visit and refused to even provide a name of a supervisor. After price shopping, every single pediatric dentist in the city charges less for a routine cleaning visit.
Today was my son’s first visit to the dentist, (he is 11 months old) the front desk ladies were very kind. Jessica, the dental assistant was awesome!! Can’t wait to keep bringing my baby here.
