very great people.
Did not respect the terms of my lease, kicked me out of my apartment 5 months before my original lease was supposed to end and didn’t allow me to pay a prorated rate for the final 16 days I lived there. The staff was condescending when I voiced my concerns. Constant construction and unclean environment as well.
I disagree with the previous review. Tess was a pleasure to work with. I lived in her apartment for a year and she was always extremely responsive. At one point we had an issue with flies getting into our apartment and she had it arranged so that someone came and sprayed our apartment the next day. She always replied to our emails within a day at the very latest.
Don't care about the people living in their properties or their quality of life. Only in it for the money.
