Good size units for the price, but this building is in severe decline. I cannot recommend living here if any options are available elsewhere. I've lived in several apartments across the city and found Lincoln Park Plaza to be very disappointing. We moved here for the attached parking and reasonable prices for the square footage, but the building itself is not well maintained or secure. Hallways are frequently dirty and littered with trash. I have been living in this building for two years now. While the location is absolutely fantastic and the views from my unit are genuinely beautiful, the overall management and maintenance of the property leave a lot to be desired. If you want to avoid constant headaches, I really do not recommend living here. Lately, the living conditions have become incredibly frustrating due to major building failures.
