Owner sells a one year warranty, yet doesn't honor it. 9 months later on Father's Day weekend, my friend who wants spend time with her late father and the tree that was recommended by Lincoln Park Nursery to do well where it was to be planted. Is further reminded of death as she sits near her father's tombstone and his dead memorial tree that is under warranty, yet isn't being honored by Lincoln Park Nursery. I bought a tree to be placed in a cemetery. It has a one year guarantee that is not being honored.
Do the right thing and honor the warranty on this dead tree. This tree was planted as a remembrance to a loved one lost to cancer.
How sad that they won’t honor their warranty when the tree was planted in someone’s honor.
Honor your warranty. Regardless of where it was planted! Shameful
Dealing with customer satisfaction should be number one priority. This and your hospitality is thrown out the window. how dare you call yourself a business when you can't honor loyalty and pride in your work.
The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, the plants are all healthy with great shape, and the prices are fair. Lincoln Park is our go-to!
