My wife and just purchased our 2nd home here at Lincoln Park. 3 years ago we bought an older home and we decided to upgrade to a 2020 that came up for sale. Brittanie and Tim were very helpful with the sale/purchase of the old and new homes.We love living here, it’s quiet and well maintained with those two running things and Chris keeping the property looking great.
It is a quiet community during the day. The young kids decide to noisy cars and play loud music from their cars. Or have loud parties inside their homes until wee hours of the night. There are not enough parking for some houses. Some have to park along side of their houses, as long as it not blocking the street. I don't see whats wrong but when it comes to skinny streets, it does make it hard to finance through.
Purchased a brand new manufactured home in this park and I love it so far!! Almost been here for a year
Nice place..wide roads and easily read addresses...
People park in the middle of the street, making it impossible to drive. Before, it wasn't allowed to use the street for parking, except for 15 minutes if you were unloading something from your vehicle. Previously only two vehicles were allowed per lot, now, without space, there are lots that have 3 and 4 cars and now people park all the time, at all hours, day and night, even overnight.
