Friendly, competent, pain free. If only colonoscopies didn’t require that prep! Highly recommended.
Had a great experience! The nurses were all great, friendly and professional.
Fantastic nursing and anesthesiologist team very professional great bedside manner. Doctor Patel was quick and business like. The anesthesia was the best rest I’ve had in ages🤣. I was kind of dreading the procedure and of course the prep is not awesome, But it was honestly a really great experience.
I would've given 5 stars but my first nurse was awful. I am writing to share my experience with the first nurse who attended to me prior to my colonoscopy today. From the very beginning, her demeanor was cold and unwelcoming. When she came to get me from the waiting room, she was short and not personable, which immediately made me feel uneasy—especially since this was my first colonoscopy and I was already nervous. The nursing staff was great, but when I dropped off my monitor device they actually couldn't locate it for a while and left me a message telling me I hadn't dropped it off, then I suppose they finally located it but they didn't alert me. I had to follow up with the Gastro separately and it turned out they had found the device after all... Also they told me generously to "call them any time with questions" about the monitoring device, then proceeded to be either closed or unwilling/unable to answer the phone during the entire... read more
