The nursing staff was great, but when I dropped off my monitor device they actually couldn't locate it for a while and left me a message telling me I hadn't dropped it off, then I suppose they finally located it but they didn't alert me. I had to follow up with the Gastro separately and it turned out they had found the device after all... This is for the billing department only. It’s impossible to reach these people to pay a bill; and when you try to pay online, it’s asks for a pin that is not listed on the statement. DO BETTER. Luckily, a very nice appointment scheduler was able to take payment over the phone.
Dr.Patel and his team are fantastic. Would definitely recommend.
All I can say is WOW - the customer service level is impeccable! This was my first colonoscopy and I was very nervous. The bedside manner of this team made me feel calm and comfortable. From scheduling the appointment, to the pre-call, to registration day of - and all the way through - 10 stars. I highly recommend.
