Love the location but are quite crammed in and noisy from the parking area when touring.
Leasing office was very poor with communication throughout my last year here. Charged me for days beyond my actual stay claiming I gave them a late notice, even though I had been reaching out with questions without any response. They claimed they sent out a lease renewal email, but I received nothing besides an auto renewal notification days later. They charged me for things like "general stove and oven cleaning" when in reality I never used their oven and left the stove the way it was given to me 3 years ago. They also by d... read more
Where do I even begin? The leasing office never responds back to emails or calls. Maintenance takes forever to address serious issues and when they do arrive, they do their job half assed. For example, there was a leak in our kitchen ceiling. Maintenance came after about eight hours after I reported it and they put spackle over top of the leak. The guy said he would come back and remove the ceiling to put new ceiling up and he never came. It’s been a year. When we moved in, there was also the bathroom door that was basically... read more
