Run is all I can say. RUN far away from this place. If you are ok with paying for an apartment that hasn’t been renovated in close to 5 decades this is the place for you. Air conditioning seals on the wall are never actually sealed and can normally see outside through the seals. Meaning it is extremely cold in the winter and hot in the summer, so enjoy that nice expensive heating and air conditioning bill. $60 amenity fee every month for I’m not exactly sure what amenities that they have. Avoid this place at all costs. I’ve lived here for 7 months and dealt with mice, roaches, and multiple signs of mold—which management tried to cover with carpet and vinyl instead of properly remediating. We were shown a different unit than the one we moved into, and our request for vinyl flooring was ignored until last minute, causing delays and fees. Health and safety are clearly not a priority. I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt it was important to share the positive experience we had with the management team( Sally, Heather and the maintenance staff) at Lincoln Park Apartments. Due to an unexpected water leak in our original unit, we had to relocate to a different apartment. Their professionalism, and care made a difficult situation much easier to handle.
