Where do I even begin? The leasing office never responds back to emails or calls. Maintenance takes forever to address serious issues and when they do arrive, they do their job half assed. For example, there was a leak in our kitchen ceiling. Maintenance came after about eight hours after I reported it and they put spackle over top of the leak. Run is all I can say. RUN far away from this place. If you are ok with paying for an apartment that hasn’t been renovated in close to 5 decades this is the place for you. Air conditioning seals on the wall are never actually sealed and can normally see outside through the seals. Meaning it is extremely cold in the winter and hot in the summer, so enjoy that nice expensive heating and air conditioning bill. $60 amenity fee every month for I’m not exactly sure what amenities that they have.
