Our mail got stolen and the management was like "too bad".
The management is nice. However this place is so noisy.
Decent apartments for the price, however, beware of management. They tried to charge me $3K for regular "wear & tear". They literally told me that because there was a small stain on the carpet (which is basically in the kitchen), they had to replace all the carpets in the entire apartment... doesn't make sense right? Also they claimed that the stove was dirty ($400 charge for its cleaning lol)... I guess they haven't heard of regular wear & tear before?
