The PT's and staff are phenominal. Darci was my PT and biggest cheerleader. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them and would highly recommend to anyone needing physical therapy services!

I just finishe 6 weeks of physical therapy at the Pine Lake LOPT facility, following knee replaement surgery and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Sharee worked with me on my back, hip bursitis and IT bands. She was super knowledgeable and explained things very well as to what was going on with me. Gave me exercises to do at home and did shockwave treatments. I highly recommend LOPT, a very kind and caring group of people!

I thought my appointment went well, on the way out I asked how much if I was to pay out of pocket, as I didn't think insurance would have paid for any of it. They said first visit was about $150. I was ok with that. 2 weeks later I got my bill for that one visit. They billed my insurance $496, and I was left to cover almost $350. Called them about the bill, they said their contracted rate with my insurance was that amount. But if I didn't have insurance it would be about $150 out of pocket. I will never go here again. Its no... read more
