I took my 2019 Lincoln Mkc to be serviced at this dealership for a simple oil change. They returned my car to me with a frozen screen! The monitor was working perfectly fine when I pulled into service. I understand the current circumstances of Troy Lincoln. Their inventory is low. Employees have been laid off.
