Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience at Lincoln of Normal when I was trying to purchase a vehicle. Dan W. had given me his card as I drove through the lot one day, but when I returned to drive vehicles he explained he was too busy and passed me off to a new salesperson. He never followed up and it was obvious the new salesperson had not been trained. In late afternoon on October 23,, my car wouldn’t start and it wasn’t clear as to why. Justin from the Service Dept came to my car as he left work at 5pm, and he assessed it and found the battery was the problem. He jump-started the battery and told me he’d be available the next morning if there was still a problem. It didn’t start again the next day so he drove to me and jump-started it again so I could drive to the dealership. WORST Lincoln dealer in the state! If I could give no stars I would! Do not go here to get your car serviced/ or warranty parts! Car went in in February because our trailer lights weren’t working when connected to our car (our car is one and half years old) and the screen was turning blue when we backed up. They fixed the blue issue but said they would have to order a whole new trailer set. That’s fine! Figured it would be a few weeks! No problem! WRONG.
