Walked in within a few hours Michelle had us in the vehicle of our choice
Andre took excellent care of us He is polite, patient and helpful. He is an asset to the dealership.
Walked in with the intention to view a potential future car. Found the "one" at a great price. Dealership made the purchasing process easy and even found additional saving to lower the cost. Friendly and honest staff. So glad I decided to swing by and look around that day.
Dustin worked hard for us. Great service and had an answer to all our questions. Fantastic to deal with.
I had an excellent experience with Lincoln of New Bern! Michelle was knowledgeable and has a "no pressure" demeanor. The whole process was seamless, and I feel confident that my purchase was the best fit. The entire staff...from service and sales to management..all are professional and have excellent customer service skills. Would highly recommend!
