Do not purchase a vehicle from Lincoln of New Bern if you value communication concerning the services performed on your vehicle. I have had a Lincoln MKC (purchased in AR) serviced at this dealership and there is a very poor communication in the service department. I called to schedule a service appointment for a engine idle problem (after I paid $4 000 for replacement of turbo and tuneup) and was given a Saturday appointment time.
