Concierge/ pickup-drop service is lies and terrible . Even offered to get it towed in but no reasonable communication back. Have powertrain and engine issues with my 2024 nautilus and it's over 2 weeks and they have been giving me the run around . Very unprofessional . Klaus is the only good thing going for them. Would have never bought the vehicle if I knew they didn't honor the company's "concierge " service program like they assured me they(service center too) would before purchasing vehicle.
We would only have Volvo/Lincoln of Englewood take care of servicing our Volvo. We'd never go anywhere else, when the BEST service is here! It's because of Bryan. He's the most important person in service! He always takes care of us..always takes our call.. And goes above and beyond each and every time we need service! We feel like we are family. Thank you SO MUCH Bryan!
Once again The Lincoln Auto Service team did not disappoint!! Lincoln of Englewood has always always shown it's excellent service & amazing attitude towards it's customers! From the years of dedication from Claus & the personable heart of Brian..these guys took care of Me. But each of the guys in Auto treat everyone so great! They're very attentive & genuine! I would highly recommend them if you have a vehicle under the Lincoln Volvo Sub umbrella!
Outstanding job by Stephanie and Jack in picking up my Nautilus and getting it serviced and returned to me. I highly recommend them and this service department.
