I came in because one of my back tires kept showing low pressure. Thomas was super helpful and the team at Lincoln of Englewood quickly identified the issue and got the tire repaired for me. Great service and very professional staff!
Worse service department ever. They dont pick up the phone. If they answer the appointment is three months out. Also they dont send you appointment reminder or emails about it. At this point they just want your car to be parked for a while waiting for this garbage service.
They don’t take walk in for any thing like quick oil change or or any other small thing like filter change
Concierge/ pickup-drop service is lies and terrible . Even offered to get it towed in but no reasonable communication back. Have powertrain and engine issues with my 2024 nautilus and it's over 2 weeks and they have been giving me the run around . Very unprofessional . Klaus is the only good thing going for them. Would have never bought the vehicle if I knew they didn't honor the company's "concierge " service program like they assured me they(service center too) would before purchasing vehicle.
