Worked with Bella. She was very helpful and not pushy. Purchased a preowned Subaru, taken in on trade. It was priced under what the market held. Had a price in mind to pay out the door. Made my offer. Used car manager countered with a fair offer, but more than I wanted to spend. We were able to agree on a price with some give and take. Very friendly and laid back negotiation. Wonderful experience.
