WOW, I feel like I'm dealing with an entirely different dealership from when I first purchased my Lincoln Avaitor!! Things have changed for the absolute worst. My car was recalled for 2 different things. I called for an appointment and had nothing but difficulties with their phone service. When asked what department, I hit "service" and the phone rang and rang and went into a recording. I tried on several occasions.
