The staff here is very unprofessional i had a incident with the maintenance person working there and spoke to me very unprofessional with foul language for no reasonas i was waiting for a customer outside leasing office. I hope the leasing office staff or whoever is the persons manager has a talk with the individual about his actions. Im just glad the person living there apologized for there actions and the incident that occurred.
During my visit, I observed what appeared to be either a maintenance or employee vehicle parked in the designated No Parking – Fire Lane area, showing total disregard for the posted restriction. Additionally, a utility cart was blocking pedestrian access. When I politely asked for the cart to be moved, the individual responded rudely and in an intimidating manner, stating, “I work here—walk around.” This behavior was unprofessional and unwelcoming. Was the worst experience ever!!! The leasing lady Young We was so rude and not personable at all. First off i tell her that im on section 8 she tells me very sarcastically and rude that they don't take section 8. I told her that i talked to Vivian and you do. she calls her supervisor and i can hear everything he was saying he told her yeah we do but dont worry you have to make a certain amount of money and they don't make thdt amount. Don't worry the apartment wont get rented to those type of people.
