Some of the most rude staff/managers I have ever met. The staff who manages/work in this apartment has no type of respect or etiquette when it comes to talking and communicating with others. In specific I want to address the lady who works at the front Vivian! During my time staying at these apartments every interaction I had with her seemed fake and like she truly did not care about the tenants. One example is when I had seen her coming out of her office and wanted to ask her a simple question (I was driving by with my car)... read more
This is a great place to live. 5 years living in this complex.No incidents, safe, and quite. The community get along pretty well and management is very responsive. They are very friendly and open to work with you.
The staff here is very unprofessional i had a incident with the maintenance person working there and spoke to me very unprofessional with foul language for no reasonas i was waiting for a customer outside leasing office. I hope the leasing office staff or whoever is the persons manager has a talk with the individual about his actions. Im just glad the person living there apologized for there actions and the incident that occurred.
During my visit, I observed what appeared to be either a maintenance or employee vehicle parked in the designated No Parking – Fire Lane area, showing total disregard for the posted restriction. Additionally, a utility cart was blocking pedestrian access. When I politely asked for the cart to be moved, the individual responded rudely and in an intimidating manner, stating, “I work here—walk around.” This behavior was unprofessional and unwelcoming.
