they are absolutely so rude on the phone for no reason if you do not like your job please find a new one. All I did was call to let the housing people know that I caught covid and that the reason I called was concerning the preventative maintenance inspections. So they can let their workers know that someone has Covid and they might inspect that person's house and that way they can protect themselves but I didn't get the YOUNG woman name but she was so rude and hung up on me before I could finish talking.

Horrible maintenance. Sometimes they do alright, for basic maintenance actions. But recently they came by to redo our windows and sliding door and left the place a mess. There’s screws left out, concrete rubble on the ground and to top it off, they damaged my personal property. I was told someone could come look at it to give me a quote and nobody showed up. If you’re active duty , and need a home , Avoid this place and just get a home off base , its not worth it living on base or 16th St Housing , if you do move on base , expect to pay minimum 1k when you move out for the “damages” , i was charged 140 for missing a small piece of the wood overlay flooring due to water damage , i deep cleaned the entire home and was charged 150$ no matter what , so what was the point of me cleaning it? the carpet you’ll get charged for any damage , entirely just not worth it , lets be honest. ma... read more
