The house is great the maintenance workers are the most helpful gentleman we could ask for especially juan
Not even kidding the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I’m not sure if they do it because they know they can get away with it or what. They belittled my wife, they have tried to keep my extra BAH. They never follow through with you. I’m so happy I don’t ever have to deal with them again. The apartment s them selves are solid and same with the price other than the fact they take all of your BAH if your active duty, even if the rent is less than that this obviously doesn’t apply to civilians. My husband and I lived in Vista Del Sol for 3 years and there were some bumps but I think back on our experience in a positive light. Jasmin was with us from the beginning to the end, always trying her best to help us. She was always very quick with submitting our maintenance requests and answering our questions. The bumps we experienced were more with the accounting office in Pendleton. Our concession checks were seldom on time and we always had to call to check on the status. I do not recommend unless you're in the military and you want to be around your people. This place is below average compared to what's available on the private market, but I've never lived around military people other than in childhood so they were probably always like this.
