It’s been a pleasant experience for me during my time living here. It’s been a year and I recently had to move into a different house, which was a pleasant experience due to the staff at the housing community. Emerald helped me and made the experience as hassle proof as possible, which was great. Megan and Hannah was also super helpful with setting up the inspections for moving out and my inspection for moving into my new house. They work with you and call back if they miss your calls. Don't move in here unless you like the ghetto. People don't pick up their dog poop, leave liquor bottles around, kids run wild, no one puts away their trash cans, and several safety hazards throughout the community. Hannah C. and Hannah R. are both super wonderful and always friendly and helpful. I feel awful for them because they are always fielding the angry residents and they can't do much. If I could give these lazy folks a 1 star, I would. They are the absolute worst when it comes to communication and handling of any concern. It’s like they secretly hate each other the way they don’t communicate amongst each other regarding their residents. These people do not care about anyone but themselves hence why their reputation is dragged through the mud. Great experience thus far. Way better value than off base.
I've only been here for less than three months, and thus far, I haven't had a pleasant experience. I feel like they’re scamming people of their money. I filled my application early March for housing with the idea i will have a concession check of $1000. When I get there May 1st I was told since I was not physically move in the house during month of April, I can only receive $600 monthly as a part of their new deal they have for the month of May.
