Antonia at the Stuart Mesa District yard on Camp Pendleton is always incredibly helpful and friendly. She takes the time to help people make sure their trash and other items go into the correct dumpsters, and she does it all with patience and a huge smile. Her positive attitude and willingness to help make every visit easier and more pleasant. Antonia is a wonderful asset to the Stuart Mesa community and truly deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service!
Long and very honest review (thus the 2 stars) living in Stuart Mesa for 5.5 years from Jan 2021 to June 2026. BLUF: Take your BAH and live off-base. Your entire BAH is not worth these homes that are outdated and riddled with mechanical, structural, and hazardous issues that will require consistent maintenance requests for the same things. Horrible office staff, no communication, they don’t care if they’ve made a mistake they’ll just leave the tenant to clean up their mess when they screw up. If you live here, prepare for constant headaches about every aspect of renting. 2 stars instead of one because the maintenance staff is nice when everything breaks, which it does.
Carelessly charging ridiculous costs post move-out, for several things that aren't even related to me. DO NOT trust them, and be prepared to hire a lawyer when you depart so they don't try to charge you $1,000's for normal wear and tear.
