If you see this and you’re stuck between the decision to live off base vs on base… please for the love of all things holy LIVE OFF BASE. Here’s my beautiful experience dealing with this scam of a company: I was charged 1k after moving out of SO1. 7 months pregnant I was on my hands and knees scrubbing every ounce of that house. It was LITERALLY cleaner than when we moved in. Upon move in there were bugs, dirt, sinks were gross, mold or mildew in the shower and our entire bathroom cabinet just decided to deteriorate one day. ... read more
shame on you guys for cutting all these trees down! The tree in our front yard is so bare that I can see across the street into the neighbors bedroom windows & down the street. These trees weren’t even a danger to any of these houses, it never storms!
Excellent customer service!!! After moving in I had a lot of housing problems but were taken care of in a timely manner. Thanks to Jaykob, Luis, David and office staff who helped me through it all. It’s worth every penny to live here.
