Super predatory to service members moving out. Came in on pre move out inspection, annotated things they weren’t going to charge for during the move out, said they weren’t going to charge for two of the 3 carpeted rooms as all were still in great condition, yet they replaced all 3 and charged for it. Charged us for a closet door that they said wasn’t going to be charged. And a ton of other fees that they said weren’t going to be a factor. Absolutely garbage, Very hypocritical and just an overall terrible experience. If you are thinking about moving here I would just live off base. They charged your whole BAH (in my case $3600) for extremely outdated homes. Mold, bug and rat infested and destroyed yards (which you're expecting to use YOUR money to maintain) You are so much better off renting a place off base in Camarillo for the same price. Horrible, power-tripping management at this location.
Don't move here. They have power outages every month. As soon as you open your doors rats comes in. They overcharge you for a house where plumbing is always a problem sometimes there is no water, the roof leaks when it rains, and everything is always broken so you have to call maintenance all the time. The houses have mold problems as well. The managers don't care about your family. If you have an issue with something they don't help you. All they want is your money each month. 1 - Liberty Military Housing, who handles putting military families into homes is incredibly predatory. They will take your entire BH allowance for a small home that does not include a washer and dry. They will have you sign a contract with absolutely no “set,” rent price. So, if your housing allowance increases, they will take it. The woman I spoke to on the phone.
