Unit was not what was shown online. The staff was very unprofessional when setting up the paperwork they kept forgetting to send the lease. I had to constantly call just to set up a move in time. Was very disappointed in this housing. UPDATE…this is in response to liberty’s response. Liberty is well aware of our situation and admits they did a bait and switch and choose to do nothing but we should be happy with their sorry. Amazing and nice staff that work at the Port Hueneme location. I would say the contention being that communication between staff is not great and mx requests get missed and paperwork misfiled.
Jerry came and unclogged our hall bathroom toilet and while he was here he also unclogged our sink. He was super helpful in trying to get everything resolved for me. LMH is always super quick with maintenance requests usually coming out the very next day!
Thank You, Jerry! I want to sincerely thank Jerry for the excellent job he did fixing the leak under my bathroom sink. He worked quickly, efficiently, and left everything clean. He also did a great job repairing a bubble in the kitchen flooring—now I can walk smoothly and safely. On top of that, he showed great care in keeping the area tidy. Jerry is not only skilled at what he does, but he’s also a genuinely kind and humble person. I truly appreciate his hard work and professionalism!
Jaime was very responsive to our concerns and came out next day to fix what was brought up. I appreciate how efficient he was. Thank you !
