I originally left a quick 5-star review but wanted to come back and specifically recognize Lionel. He came to fix the fan in our bedroom and was incredibly polite and professional the entire time. He made conversation and explained what he was doing, which I really appreciated. He was very thoughtfully, he didn’t want to make a mess, which I thought was very considerate. Lionel was great he took care of us! We had a gas leak that seemed to be unresolved and kept happening. He checked everything. Capped out the laundry that had been missed , stayed late and waited for the gas service to come and check everything and on top of that came back the next day with a new oven to be sure there were no issue and our family was safe! We greatly appreciate him.
Don't flush your toilet too many times with toilet paper and it overflows then you owe $5,000 for damages. Also don't check your oil because they will hit you with a fine because it's against the agreement. No working on your car in your driveway including just looking at your engine bay because it is considered working on your car. So that's a lease violation, read your lease agreement very closely. I would give .5 stars if I could but the maintenance people are freaking amazing. 5 star to the maintenance people.
Thank you Liberty for all of the events and support you’ve given me and my family. I want to appreciate and thank Jerry for his hard work he does. I don’t know where to begin, Jerry has repaired so many things in our house. Jerry fixed our door bell, cabinets in the kitchen and caulked the corners of our shower. Jerry also unclogged our kids bathtub, all the work he does is clean, professional, and he’s always on time. If something comes up he communicates with us. Thank you Jerry, we’re glad to have you!
