These are the nicest houses I have lived in my husbands entire Navy career. All updated houses, nice size backyards, quiet neighborhoods, splash pad, skate park, dog park, walking trails around housing, and parks littered in between. We love our house and our community here. I highly reccomend living in base housing when getting orders in Fallon.
Not all rules and regulations are posted or even distributed to new residents, including base policies or instructions. Not enough coverings, such as umbrellas, for seating at the parks.Dog parks don't get cleaned up often. No signs at parks for age restrictions.
It has been nothing less than amazing. Communications have been clear with getting a house on my requested timeline. All questions were addressed in a timely manner and the community looks fantastic. the Staff is super friendly and truly care about the community they serve.
