Had a wonderful experience with them fixing up some mold recently. We found a mushroom on our ceiling and called them, and that same night they had someone out to look at it and section off the area we found it in, and by Monday they had a crew out, and started the process of cleaning and fixing the issue. We did have to be placed in temporary housing, but Kyle, Vanessa, and Kathy with Liberty all kept us not only in the loop, but worked with the team cleaning up our house to get it done as fast as possible, since I am pregn... read more
Had a Leaking pipe in our bathroom and Libery were able to resolve the issues and fix it in only a couple days. We're great with communication and provided nightly updates and worked as best as they could to get us back in our house as soon as possible! Huge Thank you to Kyle, Kathy and Vanessa for helping us the most throughout the ordeal.
We love living here and recommend it to those that meet the criteria to live here. The neighborhood is beautiful and well kept. We are excited to see that the homes are being repainted with a fresh and clean look. Our maintenance requests are quickly completed and always to our satisfaction. The management & maintenance team is the best!
I have have lived in Liberty Military Housing for a few years. The service and attention to matters within the home and community is prompt and top notch in my opinion. When repairs were needed in my home, they took exceptional care to keep me informed of the progress and scheduling. I enjoy living in this district and the management here is great! Whenever I have an issue and submit a maintenance request, the techs are always quick on completing my order. They even go the extra mile by checking if there's anything else that needs service. Thank you for your support.
