Numerous problems, most recently, food and other muck coming up through our “purified” soft water spout. One of the only good things about this housing community was the view but these “upgraded” fences that nobody asked for, took that away from us. I get a better view from work than at home with my wife.
This is definitely not the house I expected to move into and Liberty Housing has failed to meet expectations and keep promises. The quality of this house feels like it belongs in the ghetto, paper thin walls, cheap vinyl floors, rushed paint jobs to hide past repairs, black mold, the list goes on. When moving in Liberty tells you that they will handle all repairs and maintenance jobs. I have called several times the past month to get small things repaired here and there. Gabriel castelo was quick and fixed everything I needed fixed, was very polite and mannered
DO NOT LIVE HERE! They will never help you and try to take as much money as possible from military members and their families . My wife and I lived here and have proof that they knew about damages before we moved in and they are trying to charge us for it and won't dispute it even with legal proof. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
The state of the house we moved into you’d think we were living in the ghetto. Damage, moldy, neglecting the tenants, The only reason this is getting two stars is because the staff is very friendly, this has nothing to do with the employees. But the Liberty Housing organization is awful. They have not responded to a single work order I made.
