I have lived in several military housings, and by far, the best one is the Air Force Housing in Virginia. They take all your BAH, but they handle all the upkeep for the gardening, patio, and landscaping. Catalina Housing also takes all your BAH, and I agree with the previous post—the management for this housing communiity is the WORST!!! It looks like a good neighborhood for families with children, there is big playground, walk paths for dogs. It's green, clean area
I do not usually respond to survey requests but Antonio was so polite, quick and professional. After he fixed the refrigerator, he took the time to clean it and put everything back. I appreciate his professionalism.
Antonio was very friendly and helpful in replacing our blinds that had broken. He arrived in the window of time promised and upon arrival put on shoe coverings to not track dirt into the home.
I do not usually respond to survey requests but Antonio was so polite and professional I figured that I do him a solid. Quick response to my trouble call request. Antonio came by to replace a bad GFCI in the kitchen and showed complete professionalism. He explained what he did and showed me that the receptacle is working. He left my house without leaving a mess. I appreciate his professionalism we do not see that a lot these days.
