My family and I had the BEST and most amazing moving coordinator ever ! Her name is Valelei Alailefaluela over at harborview housing ! She made the whole process for us as perfect as can be , she made us feel so welcomed and was so helpful with everything! She also was so excited for us and that made us even more excited ! I have moved many many times with liberty in different housing and I will say my experience with her was the best and top notch , she truly enjoys what she does !
It was a rough start trying to move to another location on base. Until Amber Reid was able to work her magic huge shout out to her making this move possible and a lot faster process!
This is my first time getting a lease with the Liberty Military housing. The staff are very professional (especially Ms. Carolyn De La Rosa) with working with you in order to get you the house that you want. Easy to work with, quick, and very detailed.
So far so good. I'll be heading to CPen in about another month and coordinating housing, in particular the follow-ups and professionalism of Amber Reid has been excellent. I'll seek to come back and update once the move in completed.
