Very good service while you are a resident, but once you vacate the management will get theirs from you! Their policy on carpet damage is the most ridiculous of any apartment management business I have had the misfortune of dealing with; totaling $1600! What happened to the carpet? My dog had an accident on it... yup they will charge you to replace the whole thing even if their is only one spot with pet urine!
