From the beginning to the end, the service people kept me in touch. What was going on with my car the whole time. They couldn’t have Than any more accommodating even driving me to 2 rental car places to get a rental car calling me weekly to let me know what’s going on with the progress. I even got a thank you note. If I buy another Lincoln, I’m buying it there.

Our service advisor, Bryan F., was absolutely fantastic. As a body shop, we rarely bring straightforward jobs to the table. We often have additional demands that retail clients do not, as we work directly with insurers. Best buying experience ever! Nate was fantastic! He explained everything about my new car and was extremely pleasant and accommodating. We came over from Maine and it was worth it!
Service was fine. I did not like that they charge a fee to use a credit card for service at a “luxury” car dealership.
