Doctors are great once you get an appointment. However getting ahold of the front desk or booking an appointment is such a long process. Calling over and over again as it goes to voicemail but when I go in no patients are actually there. I just don’t understand why the receptionist can’t answer the phone during office hours.
Horrible experience. Do not go here. I wanted to go in and the woman on the phone said they only treat coughs or colds nothing that seems chronic? How do you know it's chronic if I haven't been looked at. Such shit...
Heads up that it is no longer a walk in. They also changed the hours for this place when I came in today.
I was desperate to see a doctor six days before an international trip, knowing I had a sinus infection. The receptionist was very helpful and worked hard to get me an appointment within 24 hours.
