See pictures attached - email showing she works there, your response and Google Maps that it’s not a wrong office I was disappointed with our visit to Dr. Deevska. The doctor spent very little time assessing my daughter, didn’t ask many questions, and quickly said everything was fine after briefly watching her walk. I asked for an X-ray because I was concerned. I was disappointed with our visit to Dr. Deevska. The doctor spent very little time assessing my daughter, didn’t ask many questions, and quickly said everything was fine after briefly watching her walk. I asked for an X-ray because I was concerned. It was initially dismissed as unnecessary and only ordered “for peace of mind” after I insisted. The X-ray ended up confirming that there actually was an issue. As a parent, it’s upsetting to feel your concerns aren’t taken seriously — especially when they turn out to be valid.
It is nearly impossible to get ahold of the front desk by phone. I’ve called repeatedly, at different times, and the phone just rings with no response. What’s even more frustrating is that when I come in person, there is always someone at the desk, and the office is not busy at all. It makes me feel that calls are being intentionally disregarded, which is not acceptable—especially for patients who depend on timely communication. This issue needs to be taken seriously and corrected. Doctor Chen is amazing by the way.
