receptionist was unprofessional and condescending
I received a call from a private number at the end of the day (so I couldn't call back as it was after hours) regarding an appointment for the next day that I had no knowledge of or was informed about in any way. This is highly unprofessional to expect patients waiting for a specialist appointment to immediately be made available with less than 24 hours notice. I hope in the future respect and proper communication is given to people seeking medical help.
