Bad service, if something went wrong. The manager Sam and people work there has a chaotic logic. We bought a brand new bed but it comes with broken drawer... They fixed it with wrong color but insists there is no impact on the usage. They do not communicate with people timely how to fix problem before hand. They refused to take it back or do a 5% discount. Waste each other's time to do any business with these people. Costco has a much better service. Worst experience ever...
