Lincoln Mattress Showroom is a little crowded, but they have a nice selection of quality merchandise. Sales staff is friendly as well. It isn't in the most convenient location, but it's worth the trip to check it out.

Mrs We purchased a mattress at the store and it was not a cheap one, we were unhappy with it, and still are, we stopped by store to talk to someone, left message for one of the managers to call us, no response. Feel the customers opinion meant nothing to them, will never purchase anything there and will not recommend them to anyone. Thought of contacting the Serta company to see if they cared.

We had a great experience here. Charlene was great to work with. We purchased the Wicklow Flexsteel sofa and recliner. We had seen this piece and were able to sit in it at another furniture store and absolutely instantly fell in love with it. Lincoln Furniture and Mattress has a better price and without the piece on the showroom floor, Charlene told us more about the piece and features than the other salesman. Bad service, if something went wrong. The manager Sam and people work there has a chaotic logic. We bought a brand new bed but it comes with broken drawer... They fixed it with wrong color but insists there is no impact on the usage. They do not communicate with people timely how to fix problem before hand. They refused to take it back or do a 5% discount. Waste each other's time to do any business with these people. Costco has a much better service. Worst experience ever... I had a great experience choosing a bed. No pressure from beginning to close of transaction. Tried several beds before choosing and Charlene had lots of patience. Also had a great experience choosing a couch several years ago. Nice local place to do business

Seemed like a good place to do business with so we bought almost $6,000 worth of furniture from them. We had to pay half down and the rest before we got any furniture and when we were to receive the furniture we had been told it was damaged. Twice! It took nine weeks to get our furniture shipments complete and received our $59.00 delivery charge refunded. That amounted to 1%!
