Actually I have never lived there but have had four relatives that have. One uncle has been there since about 1997 and I guess he'll always be there. The apartments are well kept and I have never seen a roach in his apartment - Ever . I have heard others complain of having bugs so I don't know what the issue is with that. A lady named Dawn runs the apartments and she has been there the entire time my uncle has , she is very strict and has no issue putting you out.
