This is the WORST place ever...my Aunt lived there for 15 years!! Not once did they ever fix anything she asked for them to fix.....carpet badly needed replaced and she asked nicely, needed door facing repaired, etc....the entire apartment complex smells horrible.. There is an area in the lobby on the 2nd floor there has been like that for over a month..wall had gotten wet, and sheetrock needed to be replaced everything is exactly the same paint has been peeled off and laying in the floor, buckets just sitting..this is NOT a... read more
I agree. They deserve a Zero "0" Rating. Enough said. It's difficult to keep tenants in this Tivoli Place.
I want to rate the Tivoli at Zero "0"
Wipe this place off of your map and look elsewhere.
